We’ve created this space for comfortable language practice. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:

1. Booking and Payment. Your spot is confirmed after registration via our website or social media. The fee (€10 for a single session or via membership) is payable before the start of the meeting.
2. Cancellation Policy. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Timely notification allows us to offer your spot to another participant who might be on the waiting list. Thank you for your understanding!
3. Punctuality. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to enjoy a coffee, meet other participants, and get into the right mindset for speaking.
4. Respect and Safe Space. Any form of discrimination, aggression, or controversial topics (politics, religion) are prohibited in our club unless they are the official theme of the session. We are here to support one another.
5. The Language Rule. We aim for maximum immersion. Please stick to the target language (English, Estonian, Spanish, or Chinese) even during coffee breaks. Making mistakes is a natural part of the learning process!
6. Photography and Videography. We often take photos and videos during our meetings for our website and social media. By attending, you consent to the use of your image. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the moderator before the session begins.
